Commissioned by GIX Interiors & exhibitions, Lagotronics Projects designed an interactive product presentation for DSM. DSM wished to display their products on a conveyor belt during the international K-2019 fair in Düsseldorf. By making the conveyer belt interactive, DSM could display their products in an innovative and unique way to the public.
To realize this idea, Lagotronics Projects developed a modular product recognition system which retrieves information about the concerned product and displays this information on touch screens. The products on the conveyer belt consecutively pass by the touch screens, on which the corresponding information is instantly shown. Via the touch screens, visitors can retrieve additional and specific information regarding the product, including a linked website.
