The Chocolate Factory, located in the 30-meter high NPF tower on the Noordkade, a former feed factory, is a unique experience center. It offers children and young people an engaging opportunity to discover their interest in technology and logistics in their free time. What makes The Chocolate Factory truly special is that it’s not just an attraction, but also a dynamic learning environment. Here, students, teachers, and companies collaborate on the continuous development of the factory.
VR Drone Scooters
Experience the thrill of flight as you explore a virtual chocolate factory silo. This interactive game lets you control a drone through the chocolate production process, with a VR headset for complete immersion or on screens mounted directly on the scooters. The scooters themselves simulate motorcycle-like movements, while wind effects and dynamic LED lighting from the ceiling enhance the feeling of hovering.
The Operator Room
A hands-on, interactive challenge where visitors take control of the chocolate production process in two rooms with 12 consoles each. Each console allows guests to follow the production line and solve any problems that arise in real-time.
