At Bao Son Paradise in Hanoi, Vietnam, Lagotronics Projects has created one of the most advanced haunted attractions in Southeast Asia: The Villa. This terrifying experience combines innovative technology, interactive elements, and cinematic storytelling to fully immerse visitors in a world of suspense and mystery.
As the main contractor, Lagotronics Projects was responsible for the design, installation, and programming of all show equipment and decorations within The Villa. The company collaborated with Leisure Expert Group on the storyline and interior design.
The Villa’s narrative, centers around the story of a cursed Victorian Mansion that is for sale. This chilling experience takes visitors on a terrifying journey through its haunted halls, uncovering the tragic fate of its former residents. From the grand hall’s gruesome surprises to the greenhouse’s unnatural horrors, each room reveals scary secrets and demonic encounters. With every step, the line between reality and nightmare blurs, leaving guests questioning what lurks in the shadows.
Technical Design and Implementation
The technical scope of Lagotronics Projects’ work included:
Animatronics: Custom-designed figures placed throughout The Villa deliver unexpected scares and enhance the story with lifelike movements and interactions.
Sound Design: A dynamic sound system triggers eerie music and effects based on guest movement and story progression for a personalized experience.
Lighting Design: Intelligent lighting syncs with the story and guest location, heightening tension and immersing visitors in the haunted atmosphere.

Atmospheric: Smoke and fog create an eerie ambiance and limit visibility.
Pyrotechnic Simulation: Realistic fire effects, heat, and scents add drama and the illusion of danger.
Environmental: Wind effects startle guests and increase tension.
Interactive Elements: “Haunted” portraits and props react to guest presence for deeper immersion.
Large-Scale Animatronic: A massive dragon provides a thrilling finale.
